You have a right to cancel a Transaction before payment has been made to the Recipient. If you have sent money via online, you may a cancellation by emailing us at info@globexcash.com. If you have sent money via the Application, you may also do this by cancelling within the application.

You can either make your payments by card or via bank transfer. Card payments are usually received quicker.

Globexcash is authorised and regulated by the The Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC), which means your rights as a consumer are fully protected and are our highest priority.

We aim to complete your transfers within 24-48 hours. On average we receive your payment within 1 working day (card payments are even faster), however for some European countries and depending on your bank, this may take up to 2 working days.
